🔒 Security Notice: To protect your private financial and healthcare data, Rocky Mountain Reserve support agents cannot manually update the email address on your account over the phone, email, or chat.
To update your registered email address, you can use either of the two secure self-service methods outlined below.
Method 1: Update via Your Online Portal
Log in to your Rocky Mountain Reserve Account.

Complete Security Verification: If prompted to gain full access to your settings, verify your identity in one of two ways:
Verify the last four digits of your physical Rocky Mountain Reserve benefits card.
Verify using the confirmation link sent to the email address originally provided to us by your employer.
Once verified, refresh your browser page or log out and log back in.
Click on your initials in the top-right corner of the screen and select Manage Account.
Under the Communication Preferences tab, click Edit next to your email address to enter your new address and save your updates.
Method 2: Update with Your Employer
If you are completely locked out of your online account and cannot access your old email inbox to complete the portal verification, reach out directly to your company's HR or Benefits Department.
Request that they update your primary email address in their official employee database. Once they process the change on their end, their system will automatically update your profile email address in our records during the next regular data sync.
