Check an Account Balance

Overview

Rocky Mountain Reserve provides two convenient options to check your available benefit balances in real time.

Option 1: Via the RMR Web Portal

1.  Log in to the secure RMR online portal. 

2. Your live balance will display instantly on the home dashboard screen under the My Enrollment section.

3. To view specific transaction details, click on My Accounts on the left-hand sidebar menu, then select the individual account you wish to view.

Option 2: Via the RMR Benefits App

Download and log in to the free  RMR Benefits App to track your balances on any mobile device. (Keep your mobile balance view screenshot here)
