A Rocky Mountain Reserve benefits debit card will be sent shortly after opening your benefits account. You can request a new debit card if your card is lost, stolen, or compromised. If you have lost your FSA card or have not received it in the mail, you can request a new one to be sent to your mailing address. It will arrive in 7–10 business days.
Order A New Benefits Debit Card
To order a benefits card on RMR's new platform:
- Log in to your account on RMR's platform.
- On the left sidebar, click on Cards. This will show all active and inactive cards.

To replace a card, click on the Manage Card option below the lost or stolen card.

Click on Manage Card Access
- Click on Replace Card
- In the pop-up window, select the replacement reason.
- Once selected, the pop-up will show the shipping address the new card will be sent to.

Click Submit.
A pop-up confirmation will show that the card replacement request
