Your dependents can use your RMR benefits debit card (Visa) to pay for eligible expenses, but they are also eligible to receive a debit card issued in their own name. Even though it is called a debit card, run the card as credit to avoid entering a PIN.
Follow the instructions below for the appropriate platform- look for a picture of your RMR benefits card to know which instructions to follow.
To order a new or replacement card for dependents on RMR's new platform:
- Log in to the User Portal
- On the left sidebar, click on Cards. This will show all active and inactive cards.
Order a New Card for a New Dependent
- In the top right corner, click Add a Card.
- In the drop-down, select Create New Dependent.
- Fill in the dependent's information, then select Add Dependent & Order Card.
Order a Replacement Card for an Existing Dependent
- Under the correct dependent, click on Replace Card.
- In the pop-up window, select the replacement reason from the drop-down list. Once selected, the address the card will be sent to will populate.
- Click Submit and a confirmation message will pop-up.
