The default reimbursement method is a mailed check. To update the reimbursement method, follow the instructions below for the appropriate platform- look for a picture of your RMR benefits card to know which instructions to follow.
Rocky Mountain Reserve's platform offers several alternative methods for reimbursement, including PayPal, Venmo, and Direct Deposit.
- Login to your account on RMR's new platform.
- On the left sidebar, click on Reimburse Me.
- In the bottom right corner, click Skip Upload. This will open the Claim Details page.
- Under the section How Should We Reimburse You?, click Change payment method.
This will open a pop-up with alternative reimbursement methods. -
Select the new reimbursement method, fill out the pop-up form, then click Next or Submit.

- After adding the new reimbursement method, select the updated method. Then, click Save.
If this method should be the default, check the box for Save as default payment method.
